This website is operated by Kwadwo Ltd  Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Élevé. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Product images are representative; slight variation in finish is normal for handcrafted jewellery.

Preorders

Certain products are sold as limited preorders. The dispatch date is shown clearly on the product page at the time of purchase. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that your item will ship on or around the stated date. Preorder cancellation terms are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where the product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Accuracy of information

We make every effort to display our products and their materials accurately. Élevé pieces are made from a brass core, triple-plated in rhodium and palladium, and set with Grade 5A stones. They are hypoallergenic and water-resistant.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and the Élevé name and branding — is the property of [Kwadwo Ltd] and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
