Returns
We want you to be happy with your Élevé piece. If you're not, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it.
We cover return postage. Contact us at [your email] and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll confirm your refund by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Preorders and cancellations
Many of our pieces are released as limited preorders, with a stated dispatch date shown on the product page. If you've placed a preorder, you may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering. After 48 hours, your order is in production and the standard 14-day return policy applies from the date you receive the item.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
Faulty items
Every Élevé piece is covered by our Lifetime Guarantee. If your item arrives faulty or develops a defect, contact us at info@3leve.uk and we'll replace it.
