Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Many Élevé pieces are released as limited preorders. The dispatch date is shown clearly on each product page. Please check the product page before ordering, as different pieces may have different dispatch dates. Please allow between 15- 50 business days for orders to arrive.

UK shipping

We offer free shipping on all UK orders. Every order is sent with a tracking number so you can follow its progress to delivery.

International shipping

International orders ship tracked from the UK. Customs and import duties may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility. These vary by country, and your local customs site has the most accurate info. Any questions before you order, reply to your confirmation email and I'll help

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can see when your delivery is on its way.

Delays
